South Africa is a country with multiple and complex problems. Some of the problems require us to fold our sleeves and work to eradicate poverty, crime, substance abuse and other social ills. There is little space and little effort towards building a country that has citizens who uphold good morals and values. Thus, a great deal of work is needed to recapture and revive morality back in the agenda of every South African. The brokenness and woundedness that one observes, renders us vulnerable in many parts of the country. The social ills and challenges that we experience will continue to exist, unless we stand and build a holistic citizen who will thrive in multiple areas. It is worth noting that some areas are more urgent than others.
